Robert Schlager obtained his BBA and MBA from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where he met and married Reina. He is a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), Registered Health Underwriter (RHU), and a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU). After working for Laventhol & Horwath in Philadelphia as a Public Accountant, he became an Insurance/Investment Planner, moving to Florida in early 1984.
He is past president of the Lee County Chapter of the American Society of CLU's and ChFC's, currently called the Society of Financial Service Professionals, and has written in various area magazines and newspapers. Robert is a Rotarian and a long time past member of the Estate Planning and Planned Giving Councils of Lee County.
Robert was President of Schlager & Associates, founded in 1984, which merged with a national accounting firm in February 2000. After several years with the accounting firm, combining tax and financial planning services, Robert and Reina established the independent firm of SCHLAGER SCHLAGER & LEVIN.
Robert and his wife, Reina, work together and live in Cape Coral. They have two adult children.
